Refund Policy

At i-beaute, we strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Appointments and Treatments

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee Refunds for Treatments:

      • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments or services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the results, we encourage you to speak with our team to explore possible solutions.

      • No refunds will be provided for any pre-paid beauty treatment packages once the treatment has commenced.

      • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

      • If a treatment package has been purchased and partially used, a refund may be considered for the unused portion. However, any previously applied discount will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if a package originally priced at $10,000 was purchased with a 40% discount, but the client has used $3,000 worth of treatments at the discounted rate, the remaining $7,000 will be recalculated at the pre-discount rate before determining the refund amount.

      • If any free treatments were included as a bonus with the beauty treatment package, these will also be reversed to their original price before calculating the final refund amount.

      • Pre-paid treatment packages must be commenced within ten (10) days of the purchase date. If the package is not used within this period, it will automatically be considered non-refundable and will be subject to the non-refundable policy.

      • Changes in service providers or treatment availability do not qualify as a reason for a refund. Pre-paid packages remain valid only for the treatments originally purchased and are non-refundable regardless of staff changes.

  2. Medical Considerations:

    • If a medical condition prevents you from continuing a treatment, a doctor’s note may be required for a partial refund or credit towards another service.

Products

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

    • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit.

  3. Change of Mind:

    • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Weight Loss Program

  1. Refund Policy for Weight Loss Packages:

    • Due to the nature of our weight loss program, refunds are not available once the program has started.

    • If you experience a medical issue that prevents participation, please provide medical documentation, and we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Non-Refundable:

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Vouchers must be used within their validity period.
